How would I return my item?
If you have any defect with your product please reach us within the first 3 days after receiving the product. To initiate a return, a mandatory requirement is to provide an unboxing video showcasing the condition of the product upon arrival.
What is the return policy?
If in case you have a defect(such as a tear or a stain on the product) – we can replace it or issue a discount code for the amount spent on trnzo.com
THERE IS NO RETURN PROCEDURE FOR WRONG/ NEGLIGENT ORDERS AND REFUND REQUESTS PLACED BY CUSTOMERS RELATING TO THE FITTING OF THE PRODUCT, PRODUCT QUALITY, COLOR, OR SIZE.
Products may differ slightly in color from what is shown in the pictures.
What is the cancellation policy?

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount . If we have already shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged item an unboxing video is a must.
Refund Policy
Once a product has been used or washed, it is not eligible for exchange or refund.
If you are dissatisfied with the product you received, please contact us at admin@trnzo.com within 24 hours of receiving it. The items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
To receive a refund for plain products, you must send the product back to our original address in its original condition. The refund amount will be credited to you in the form of a gift card, which can be used on our website at any time.

Please note that all products must be returned with their original packaging and in proper condition. Any damage or improper handling may result in the cancellation of a refund or exchange.
For the refund of printed products, you need to send the product back to our original address in its original form.
If Trnzo approves a refund, it will take approximately 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
